So I'm 0.5kg down... Small victory, but I'll take it.. Started exercising last night aswell, let's see what happens... Can't wait to weigh in next week.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
