still in deficit callories but yesterday i was crazy eating 7 doughnuts 2 cheesecake and one beverage from Starbucks.... also i do exercise 4 times in a week walk in the afternoon for 1 hour with my baby
50 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
