start diet tgl 19 agustus. alhamdulillah dah turun 4 kg.
makan clean food pas minggu pertama aj. selebihnya dah mulai makan gorengan meskipun tetap di kontrol kalorinya.
intinya diet itu gak harus nyiksa yang penting jangan rakus dan jaga kalori masuk aj
61 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
