I'm looking for suggestions to lose the last 15 to 20 lbs of weight. So I started in January at about 269 lbs. I lost 10 lbs a month for the first 6 months. I weighed in at 209 in the beginning of July. Since then the lowest I have seen on the scale was 202 but most days I am around 205 lbs. My weight loss has just stopped even though I am still eating healthy and working out. I'm trying to get to 190lbs so I am very close. Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to lose that last 15 lbs or so?

If I were you, I would focus on upping protein and dropping carbs. Also, I might get a scale that measures lean body mass, and figure out how much fat you have left to lose. Good luck!

"High protein, low fat, medium carbohydrates"
Green-yellow vegetables + fermented food
We recommend eating with this in mind.
Minus 500 calories per week
8 hours of quality sleep
1.5 times the amount of drinking water per day
If you continue this, everyone will be BMI23.

Any reccommendations about the percent of protein? About 35-40% of my daily calories are from protein currently. I could drop my carbs a little and up the fat intake I guess.

In my case, I don't think in percent.
If you are not exercising
Protein = the same gram as body weight.
If you are exercising
Protein = body weight x 2 grams.
However, I do not recommend junk food proteins.
We recommend fresh meat, fish, and egg protein.
We also recommend fresh avocado, salmon and nuts as the lipid.
