It’s not actually “weigh day”, but after being stagnant for the ENTIRE month, I’m finally starting to see some forward motion, so I’m excited and I will take the win! 🏆
75 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
