昨天吃肉羹、吃水餃就知道肯定會胖,果不期然,爆醣有爆卡,萬一還瘦那才要煩惱癌細胞是不是有擴散

脂肪重了600的同時,內臟脂肪沒變,蛋白質、水份、肌肉跟骨骼肌也各回來100,所以顯示重了700公克,減脂增肌還得繼續努力
