昨天吃了肉蟹煲,鸡爪子吃得多,越吃越咸,喝水2L多,基本上没上厕所,今早起来体重直接回到10天前啊!昨天热身10分钟,背1小时,二头20分钟,有氧40分钟,拉伸10分钟
79.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
