空腹,昨天没上厕所,今早也没上。才一礼拜就到平台期了,心塞。昨天早上空腹跳绳200个,爬楼梯55层。下午腰腹、开胯、热身、拉伸这些一小时,上课练体能1小时,有氧爬坡40分钟
