As long as the numbers keep moving I'm happy. I got a little down last night about my stomach - all my weight is coming off my legs so my pants are super baggy but ONLY in the legs, not the waist or the tummy.
I know I will eventually lose it everywhere - and I know it needs to come off as many places as possible.
I have to keep reminding myself my journey is not for beauty, it is for health. I will not be a beautiful 80 year old, very few people are... but if I don't lose this weight I will be diagnosed with diabetes and not see 80 years old.
I need to do this for my future not my waist.

Hi Wanderer,
I can so relate. I feel my pants are getting baggy everywhere except for in the waist, I'm wondering will the pudge ever go away. But I have adopted a new slogan for myself, hard work brings results and as long as we keep up the lifestyle change we're mastering to bring on healthy living for a better us, we will see all the unwanted pounds disappear :-)
