kalian mending cheat day tiap hari atau sekali seminggu . Kalau aku ngemil tiap hari tapi dikit2 kalau sekali seminggu aku bisa bablas bangetttt:( jadi aku ngemil tu tiap hari tapi dikit2. bisa turun ga ya:(
