So I have completed one week. I have decided I shall only weigh myself once a week, being every Monday. This morning I was excited and nervous to say the least. I am happy with the loss and by next Monday will be even more thrilled if I am below the 90kg mark 👏🏻👏🏻😁
92.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
