Well done Ninapuff. I read your intro and I hope your relationship with food improves as you wish. One way towards that is by learning about nutrition through good sources such as no-faff Coach Greg Doucette on YouTube, among others. Also try some meditative practices and read up on Aryuveda which reveres food and points to all it's wonderful healing and restorative properties. Most of us have had or still have conflicted, unhealthy relationships with food. The limiting fad diets we follow perpetuate the myths that some foods are inherently evil or fattening. Food is the building block of life. We are what we eat. Best of luck.
