Weighed myself today and I finally went under the 185 mark! I've been flirting with that line for two weeks! We got our pool up and running last night so hopefully the weight will start peeling off again now that I can spend a lot of my time in there. Also planning on getting back to the treadmill tonight. I've been dying to run but I was so sore from building a fence over the weekend I wasn't ready, but I'm running out of time to get in shape for the 5k! I'm having a pretty good day so I'm feeling pretty motivated to get my butt in gear!
83.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
