Halo.. mau tanya kalau diet puasa Daud, sehari makan sehari nggak, pas lagi gak puasa makan biasa aja (makan biasa, misal ayam digoreng pake minyak kelapa/ ayam goreng tepung), tapi tetap menjaga asupan kalori, kira-kira cepat turun gak ya, bakal lama banget gak sih?
