LOL LOL stop effing buddy sheesh you might scare the little ones away that are hard at work and slimming you down inside of you lol. Christmas Angels and Elf's LOL.
The 1800 calories will for sure kind of put on some ounces but it will all eventually go down even thats even if your trainer is right! Your on the right path keep at it I will continue to chase you. :)
