I'm feeling back to being more focused. I've been hitting the gym more now with the weather being too cold to run outside. So, that involves a weekly spinning class, weights, elliptical, and rowing mainly. I'm trying to focus to lose some now as the holiday parties will be starting up within the next 2 weeks. I usually gain 7 lbs during the holidays- Yikes!! I need to lose now to feel better in my dress and other clothes and to prepare for the parties.
