After gaining 25 lb I realized I was falling into older eating patterns. I am looking forward to loosing weight now, as I know I can do it. I kept a pair of our old pants, to motivate me.

I am progressing more 'relaxed'. I'm letting my body lead me. I'm not so uptight. I'll see if I progress faster this time.

It took 5 months to loose the weight last time. I don't expect it to take that long this time.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
