Lowered my RDI to 1700 from 1900. I'm down 40lbs so I burn about 200 calories less per day. On a daily basis I look at anything between 1200 and 1700 as being fine. Will shoot for 1500 when I'm being good. 1700 will be the goal for a daily average over the course of the month. That should allow for a couple of big overages or multiple smaller ones.
