After some months without exercise and not bothering to watch what I've eating or drinking, guess what? I've put on nearly a stone.
So it's back to watching my daily intake.
90.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
