昨天午餐有午餐肉炒飯,我就知道應該會增重,果不期然,脂肪增加400,體脂增加0.6%,水份跟骨骼肌又各減少100,慶幸內臟脂肪沒有增加,肌肉沒有減少
今天要手術估計體重會再減回來的
