Not had the time to do much this week, exercise has gone out the window, however I am happy to have lost 4 pound.

I went for a meal on sunday and had a mixed grill so if it was not for that meal I would of lost more it think. for some reason it took about 3 days to lose any weight after I had eaten it.

However I am not going to beat myself up for eating one half decent meal a week lol.

To be fair I feel different/better without the weight loss because I am happy with the life style changes I have already made.

I am eating healthy all week so one curry & rice or a mixed grill a week wont kill me lol.

I am happy with my progress and I am hoping to have lost a total of 14 pound by my next weigh in.

So yeah Good week.
109.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It sounds like you're doing pretty good so far. The only thing I would add is that it is important to exercise when you lose weight because dieting without working out can decrease the amount of muscle you have, which will in turn lower your metabolism and make it harder to lose and easier to gain. You don't have to do anything too extreme, but 2-3 workouts per week can do wonders. You don't need a gym (especially when starting out) to get a great workout. You can focus on military-type exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, and body squats.
