I need help, please suggest something for my uncontrollable urge to eat crisps I've undone my 7.7 kg weightloss by picking up 3kgs just due to this salty crisp addiction do you have any advice? Please don't suggest xarrots and hummus 😫

hey Mich. I get that! I used to have chips every day. Initially I went cold turkey on that habit. was frikkin hard. like a drug addiction. but now I don't even miss it. I have replaced the want for salty chips with a couple healthier substitutes. Bakers Vita Snacks (mini rice crackers) they are crisp, delicious, have cool flavours. I also eat pretzels now which I never used to. Beigel Beigel sesame or salt. they are delicious as well. they also more satiating than crisps so I find myself being happy after just a small handful rather than gobbling up the party sized bag of bubbles or cheddar Simba 🤣
