Finally stood on that scale... My weird obsession with numbers (that are usually not about my weight) considers this a good number. It's also a loss (atleast 5kg as my last actual weigh in was a year ago).... so I will take it as a win and put it in my proverbial pipe and smoke it (as cigarettes are less of an option these days!!!)
