😁 First week done and dusted. No more headaches and enjoying the healthy eating. Yes the craving for a jellybean is still there but my will to succeed is stronger 💪
101.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
