Up from Friday, but down from last Tuesday. Going to add 300 more calories to my day. A 1200 intake with a 200 grace in either direction isn't seeming to be quite enough. Close, but no cigar. Adding in hopes of avoiding the random binge sessions.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
