pt 6번째, 식단 운동 모두 신경쓰며 열심히 했더니 이제 한달째 3.8킬로 감량 근육량 증가, 체지방 감량 35퍼센트니 되던 체지방이 33퍼센트 조금 내려오다. 지방 7킬로 감량, 근육 3킬로 증량이 목표
