This has been a tough weekend. As with any long holiday. A lot of food I was exposed to I normally wouldn't be. But over all. I think I did ok. I continued to exercise and added more walking into the mix. My weight remained the same this week.

Good job making it through the holidays, Pink! Maintaining is still a win! ;) You're so close to goal, too, so losing is way harder now. You can do it,but maintenance is great, too. lol

Walking is great! I love it! Good job on maintaining control. That's kind of how I was thinking of it. It was a VERY long weekend and having hubs and son at home the whole time could have been disastrous!
