alhamdulillah..setelah libur defkal 5 hari ternyata bb enggak naik sama sekali malah stak padahal makan sesuka sukanya (karena sakit) hari ini insyallah back on track mulai olahraga juga bismillah :)
83.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
