hi! i would like to try going lower carb but have a dairy and egg allergy and dont like nuts, avocado, or seafood. anyone have some good tips?

95.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
