I thought I was doing good. More work required. Time is passing. This 150 hump is the hardest ever!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think your doing great. Any loss is a good loss and takes you to your goal. As you get closer to goal, you might only eek out a half a pound a week, but that is awesome too. Great job!

Look at you! You got to the 150 mark and while it felt like it took forever... it was less than 2 weeks. That hump... it was NO problem. Now, onwards to 148!!!!!
