No change... a bit discouraged by this especially since I had to pry myself away from the snack cupboard for a midnight snack. Anyone else feeling the uphill battle right now?
55.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
