Well! I guess no wine, sugar or salt does make a difference! Setting my menu a day in advance so I don't have to think about what I'm eating tomorrow helps a lot. Also shopping ONLY to the menu works for me. Craving bread and crackers but I haven't any in the house....miss them though :-(
