我吃太甜,或裡面醣類過高,白飯,饅頭,麵包我會暈(我會偷吃), 餅乾零食蛋糕(偷吃)吃太多我會拉肚子加暈, 所以要低醣飲食T_T 精緻澱粉不能常吃,要吃原型澱粉。
