So, I have been working out pretty hard, and eating fairly well, but only down 1 lb this morning. I think maybe I am eating too much salt, so I am cutting out Diet Coke today. Only water and flavored water for me so I can pinpoint the problem.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

One pound in 3 days is pretty amazing. I am lucky if I lose 1 to 2 pounds a month. You need to have patience. Also, when you work out hard, your muscles retain water (they tear when exercising and water helps repair them), which can result in slower weight loss (but it's only temporary). Just keep doing what you are doing! It's working and you are doing great.

I agree with Suzi - just be patient - maybe don't weight yourself so often. With all your exercising, your probally gaining muscle weight, so take that into concideration! Your doing great - keep it up!!

Thanks girls, I guess I am impatient! I won't get discouraged, instead I'll take all things into consideration.
