Day 5: 155.4, Ketones positive. Gained today but for no reason therefore I expect it is fluid (my ring is tight). Got myself out of bed early this morning so I will be able to work out (day one of 3 month exercise every day challenge. Since this is the key to weight loss, it is the perfect challenge for the New Year. 20.4 lbs to go....
