Day 5: 155.4, Ketones positive. Gained today but for no reason therefore I expect it is fluid (my ring is tight). Got myself out of bed early this morning so I will be able to work out (day one of 3 month exercise every day challenge. Since this is the key to weight loss, it is the perfect challenge for the New Year. 20.4 lbs to go....
70.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Still going strong, I see! I'm up early... kids go back to school today so schedule.. here I come! LOL. I'm sure that you are just holding water and that it'll be gone soon! Good Luck on the exercise!! I'll be hitting it too in a bit! Time to get this weight back off!

veryyyyyyyyyyyyy tired tonight. Not used to being up so early and my exercise has put increased demands on my body. My (wonderful) husband made me italian spagetti with the carb free noodles everyone is talking about. AWESOME! I'm a happy woman. Lori--I will pat myself on the back if I can do 2 early mornings in a row!
