so this marks the first day of phase 2. my plan is to introduce fruits, within reason. i weighed myself today and am happy to have lost another pound...so now i will weigh in a week to see if bringing fruit in, slows things down. guess i'll see what happens. i'm happy tho that i don't feel like i'm missing out on anything as of yet, b/c i'm sure when that feeling does hit me, i'm gonna be in big trouble :/
65.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think by then you will have enough ideas of good things to eat that you can resort to them. Like when I am feeling like I need a treat I have a choco surgar free pudding with SB frozen whipped cream and I mix it up and it is like chco cream pie with out the pie crust. you are doing great.
