I'm not making much progress toward my goal weight. At least I've been able to get out for some runs. I try to tell myself that even when I was at my goal weight, I could run as far as I can run today. Now if I could just do both!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
