Nicley spaced meals, no snickers, no ice cream, just a piece of chicken after 7pm but I justified it because of a lot of activity at the night gig. That is how the mind play tricks... as I woke up this morning and the chicken really didnt make a difference...
Then I got on scale this morning....... 223.5. Now I am seeing an actual.. documented.. REAL number decline. I know I can drop 2-3 pounds of water weight if I work hard and sweat a lot. So that isn't real weight loss... but when you get to 7 pounds, 8 pounds there is some real 'inch' reduction weight loss there.

6 days to end of month. More encouraged to pass on the snickers, the ice cream and the after 7pm food, while spacing meals to assure that I get a lot of calories in my last meal at 3:30pm as it will be 16 hours until I eat again.

The theory is the digestive system empties, and the stomach and intestines get a break of a few hours so they can heal and recover and reduce any potential inflamation. That supposedly doesn't happen if you eat and don't give it at least 12 hours of 'no food intake' time. and if you can give it 14-15 hours of no food that seems to be the sweet spot.

Last night, today I think I was ok. Tonight no chicken and it will be interesting to see if the weight loss sticks... or if it was water weight from last nights gig.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
