Wasn't sure if I was still burning fat as I hadn't seen a weight change in several days, but checked with ketostix and they were still dark..woo hoo..so I expect a weight change any day

(and yes I know they don't recommend using ketostix but have them and will not be wasting them, at least I can tell there is a change in the positive direction with them)
99.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
