new diet since last week June 12th): Fast Diet, intermittent fasting on Mondays and Thursdays and eating normal the other five days. Startpoint was 75 KG last Wednesday, so I already lost 1.1kg.
It is simple and easy, no food but only 500 cal in one or two light meals and exercise when fasting.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
