Measured today and have lost 15.5 inches so far this year and down 15 pounds from Jan 1..Feeling OK about it but wish it was more. Am going to start working harder at it starting this next week.

I hear you...I always wish it were more weight lost or a faster weight loss. But concentrate on the positives....clothes fitting better, easier to move around. And 15 pounds is not inconsequential, either. Next time you're in the grocery store, pick up a 15# bag of potatoes, or dog food, or charcoal and let it sink in just how much lighter you really are. Imagine all that stress you've taken off your joints!
If you hadn't started this journey, it would still be October 30 but you'd still be 235, so good for you for getting this journey started and congrat's on the weight loss!
