Its been two weeks in and I've only lost a pound but I'm more focused than ever now, my goal is to loose 7lbs in two weeks. I need to stop the snacks and I'll be fine. setting myself small goals first.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
