I blew it on Saturday. I started to feel like whats the use and so what if I cheat it won't matter because I'm not loosing anyway. Ofcourse this was not the right thinking but thats where I was. I've accepted my poor choices and I'm back on track.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Been there, done that...congrats on making it back with a great attitude! I can't tell you how many times I wished I had found the courage to jump right back on the "accept it and move on" horse, instead of sinking even deeper. It takes a lot of strength to do that--well done!
