Okay, time to get serious. My short term goal is to break 150 by the end of June, on my way to 145 by August. The plan is a combination of decreased carbs and empty calories, more veggies, and more exercise.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
