Well, weight is stuck. Really want that boost to get me under 220. I intended to do a 5 day fast this week. Regret I didn't. Decided to do a short term carnivore keto this week but sort of dipped my toe into it instead of digging in. By that I mean the ingredients added to make my proteins more interesting have added carbs, albeit 10 or less per day. So my next plan is a fast followed by 1 week of real carnivore...protein with salt, pepper, garlic sort of thing only. I Have a freezer full of meat so I'm prepared. I always need a plan😃
