I went up a few pounds but I'm not sure if it's muscle or weight. I forgot to take measurements before I started so I finally did. Maybe now I'll know for sure.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
