以為昨天中午會吃雞肉的所以很放心的早上喝了正官庄跟加糖豆奶,孰知中午2點以後才開,午餐改成蝦餃和蕎麥麵,整個碳水大爆,體重增加300公克,明天要吃好市多的雞肉捲和牛肉捲,所以今天就乖乖減醣吧
