Due to being up late on Wednesday, coupled with having extra homework to get done still yesterday, I skipped exercising and did it today instead. That made today Day One of using weight 7 instead of 6.
In other news, I have not had a drop of Doctor Pepper today. Let's keep it that way, shall we?
Maintaining 210lbs. Though I am still about 25lbs heavier than I was in 2002, I am almost down to my pre-Navy pants size.
