С нетерпением жду тепла. Чтобы пришлось снять куртки...может тогда моя совесть проснется!!!
Начинать заново всегда трудно...но еще труднее не бросать. Попробуем денечек без мучного и компотиков)

Living without flour takes practice. And strength of will. My dad was gluten intolerant and had a difficult time finding decent and truly gluten free products.

TomLong, I wish I had some willpower. But as you know, women quickly catch fire with an idea and just as quickly throw it on the floor🙊🙊🙊

Little_Fluffy_Owl - For me, a daily limit of four slices of sandwich bread, or equivalent quantity in another form, like a bun or pastry, was an achievable goal. Breakfast had to be grain free for me to do it, though. I never managed to be totally grain free for very long.

TomLong, Oh, I don't know how to count calories at all. I never have enough time to cook for myself. I cook the same for everyone. And my family doesn't want restrictions. They support me morally, but they don't scold me for my failures. I need a coach, or just someone who can help me keep my hands up. Now all gyms are closed and I just can't do it at home, my little son does not allow me to do it fully🙈🙈🙈And the older I get, the harder it is to fight my weight. No, I'm not fat, but I'm not happy with myself! Maybe I need a psychologist, not a nutritionist)))

Little_Fluffy_Owl - I understand. I have often thought having an accountability partner would be an aid to achieving my goal. Not someone to scold me, just someone who is aware of (1) what I plan to do and (2) what I actually do. I believe that knowing someone else knows would help keep me on track. I’m too stubborn to pay for a coach.

TomLong, I support you! I made a mistake in choosing a coach. No, I'm not sorry. I was happy with the result, but the coach let me down. She quit because she was young and ambitious. All our coaches are focused on the result for instagram at any cost, even to the detriment of health! I am against such measures. I started writing here in the hope of finding like-minded people! But there are so many opinions, so many views, that sometimes I am even afraid. So I said it. Even easier) Thanks)

Little_Fluffy_Owl - Plenty of opinions on here, as everywhere, and some who are arrogant and rude enough to be loudmouth absolutists. Plus the occasional trolls coming through. I am sorry you have not found like minded people to share your journey.
