What in the world??? I did an apple day yesterday and gained a pound.
I don't get it. So discuraged. . .

106.3 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg. Still to go: 42.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
